Accept that your opponent will likely play very high removal. Doesn't typically play many units but if they do can change Isolate for Stare Down. Hard Bargains are usually break glass vs Time Warp, Use movement spells to only take fights on your terms. Try not to stay on the battlefields and get in / get out

Going 2nd vs spell decks is brutal for this deck. Look for early ambush or arachnoid to disrupt flow on turn 3 with a hard bargain behind it. Tip for arachnoid vs these decks, most of these decks struggle to beat 7 might so arachnoid + buff is usually safe from one big spell that isnt an instant kill. Win condition is same but early game you may struggle to get exp and have to take sub optimal trades.

I think this is slightly Vex favoured but overall is a skill matchup. Movement cards are extremely important like ride the wind / stare down. Arachnoid horror loses value when vex apathetic exists and orange k6 can go over shadow's ability. Don't be afraid to trade. Our deception lies in the manipulation of unit locations barring hard bargain.

The main challenge with going 2nd is that you are forced to break your opponent at some point. This is usually the case with this matchup but as they have no incentive to do anything, they can fully focus on holding. I see it as you get 1 shot to really change the game so bide your time and do not panic. I've found that a combination of ride the wind, irreistible faefolk and one of the k6s is enough to swing the game but do not rush and plan carefully.
